Founding partner of Mercurio Partners, Leonardo Vannier graduated in Production Engineering from CEFET-RJ, with specialization in Finance from COPPEAD and Corporate Law from FGV. He worked in the areas of valuation and financial planning at Eneva with financial modeling of assets for M&A transactions, new businesses, financing processes and debt restructuring. He worked in the corporate finance area at OGX, participating in the company’s debt and equity fundraising processes.
