Ivair has a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC. He is a partner at Horto Capital. He served for 17 years as Director of the BBM Group. During this period, he led several areas of the Bank such as back office, credit, venture capital, retail and securitization. He was also Director of Banco Máxima, being responsible for the credit, securitization, fund structuring and real estate areas. He worked at Rio Gestão de Recursos with real estate investment funds. Ivair has over 25 years of experience in the financial market.
