Henrique Baeta is a partner at Mercurio Partners. Graduated in Industrial Engineering from PUC-Rio, he has a specialization in Finance from COPPEAD and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the same institution. He worked at ENEVA as part of the M&A and New Businesses team, where he participated in several M&A transactions and led the development of two gas-to-wire projects.
