Founding partner of Mercurio Partners and Mercurio Comercializadora de Energia. He holds a law degree from PUC-Rio with a postgraduate degree in business law and an MBA in corporate finance from FGV/RJ. From 2008 to 2017 he was at ENEVA, where he held the positions of Legal Director and Regulatory Vice President. As CEO, he led the company’s restructuring process. He managed the Legal and New Business Departments of Banco BOCOM BBM from 1999 to 2006. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Renova Energia and TYR Energia.
